SHOCKING BLUE! It’s spectacular! The slices are Nacozari turquoise from Sonora, Mexico. The mine extends across the US border, into the famous Bisbee mine in Arizona. Now extinct, the Bisbee mine produced some of the most desirable turquoise. These come from the same vein, with the same intense, electric blue color. The gems are mostly clear with wonderful matrix and flecks of pyrite. The rest of the turquoise rondelles are from Tibet- THREE glorious strands of them in hues of the same electric blue color.
Nacozari turquoise slices range from ½ inch long – 1 1/8 inch long from 3/8 inch wide – 5/8 inch wide rondelles on the strand with the slices graduate from a little over 1//8 inch – ¼ inch wide rounds are 1/8 inch wide
