This is a true one-of-a-kind gift from the sea!
The pedant is composed of a fossil and a pearl.
The fossil is a section of the tentacle of a prehistoric squid
that thru many thousands of years was replaced by stone
and minerals deposits creating this incredible
metallic looking iridescence.
It’s a fascinating piece of history!
A cultured platinum saltwater pearl is the dangle.
There’s a handmade sterling toggle and handmade sterling freeform beads
that add to the organic nature of this fantastic piece!
NOTE: the iridescence is only on one side.
